Step 1

The first part in this process for you is to Start The Conversation with us. We are committed to listening to your needs and desires that you have for your project.

Step 2

Once we’ve agreed that you want Bath Development Associates to draft a proposal we get to work. Our team will invest time to consider all of the details your project will require. We will be developing the timeline, getting solid prices from subcontractors and suppliers for the scope of work, if needed coordinating with engineers and architects, etc.

Step 3

Once your financing is secured and the contract is signed, we get moving. We ensure the plans are finalized and file the appropriate permits. Our goal is to make your project stress-free, so we make sure you stay up to date with timely and informative communication so you don’t worry and your project gets done right.
